David J. Marks Pro Series
Craig met David J. Marks for the first time in May 2008. After watching David for years on the DIY Network's Woodworks television program, he decided to give David a Ci1 Easy Rougher as a gift for all his hard work. Craig caught up with David again in June at the AAW Symposium and found out that the Ci1 Easy Rougher had quickly become David's favorite turning tool.
The idea was born to collaborate on a tool with David's signature endorsement. David prefers a 20" handle and with its strength and beauty, Bubinga was the obvious choice. They have decided to offer the Ci1 Easy Rougher, Ci0 Easy Finisher, Ci3 h5 Easy Hollower and the Ci4 Easy Detailer, all with 20" Bubinga handles.
All tools come with a carbide cutter installed and a hex wrench. All replacement cutters ship with the appropriate screw.

The Ci1 Easy Rougher is capable of plunge cuts similar to using a giant parting tool. This type of cut sends massive amounts of material straight back at the operator. You will not regret having this deflector in place for those cuts.
Not a substitute for proper eye protection. The deflector was designed to be looked over rather than through. The Ci1 tool produces large volumes of shavings like no other tool you have ever experienced. Deflector shown on Ci1 for reference only.
