California Design 2004

David will be exhibiting his bowl table to be featured on his television show Woodworks, in the California Design 2004 Show being held Sep. 11 - Oct. 22, 2004 in San Francisco, California.

The juried exhibition is sponsored by the esteemed Baulines Craft Guild. The Baulines Craft Guild sponsors exhibitions designed to showcase work by its master teachers and their apprentices. The biannual California Design exhibition, sponsored by the Guild features a juried selection of work by California’s leading craft artists and has gained national recognition as a vital element in promoting contemporary fine craft. One goal of the show is to increase public awareness and understanding of contemporary design and the value of hand made objects.

The show is located at 600 Townsend Street, which is San Francisco’s South of Market design area. The show is open and free to the public on a daily basis, and on Saturdays when panel discussions and other events are scheduled.
